âś… Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure of the following:

  1. Contact Us First

    • Do not return any items before submitting a Return Request and receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted or processed.

  2. Return Timeframe

    • All return and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.

    • Items must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.

  3. Eligible Conditions

    • Items must be returned in original packaging and resale condition.

    • Products damaged due to customer misuse or returned incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.


đźšš Shipping Costs

  • If your package was late, damaged, incomplete, or arrived in poor condition, GrowGear will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will apply.


🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

  • For damaged or defective items, we may request:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • The return tracking number

  • We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address once your request is approved.
